WHAT WE DO

TENANT FITOUT
TENANT FITOUT

THE CREATION OF A MODERN, LIGHT-FILLED VERTICAL GARDEN RE-ESTABLISHES WHAT WAS  ONCE A SIGNATURE FEATURE OF THIS PROPERTY.  A STRUCTURALLY GLAZED CURTAIN WALL PROVIDES LIGHT AND TRANSPARENCY TO THE NEWLY CONFIGURED ELEVATOR LOBBIES.  BASED ON TENANT DEMANDS, MINIMALIST GLASS AND STEEL BRIDGES WERE USED TO CONNECT THE WEST END OF THIS "U" SHAPED BUILDING.

390 MADISON IS A DRAMATIC TRANSFORMATION AND MODERNIZATION OF AN OUTMODED OFFICE BUILDING IN THE HEART OF NEW YORK CITY'S MIDTOWN CORRIDOR.

AT THE BUILDING'S GROUND LEVEL, TWO- STORY RETAIL SPACES WILL PROVIDE SPACIOUS NEW HOMES FOR BUSINESSES, WHILE A CARVED-OUT, COLUMN-FREE CORNER AT MADISON AVENUE AND 46TH STREET WILL EXTEND THE SIDEWALK AND ENLIVEN THE STREETSCAPE.

CONVENIENTLY LOCATED BETWEEN UNION SQUARE AND MADISON SQUARE PARK, THIS18- STORY, 350,000 SF BUILDING'S EXTERIOR EVOKES ITS EARLY 20TH CENTURY ROOTS WHILE INTERIOR TENANT SPACES HAVE BEEN MODERNIZED AND UPGRADED TO SUIT THE DEMANDING REQUIREMENTS OF THE TECHNOLOGY, FASHION, MEDIA AND PUBLISHING COMPANIES WHO POPULATE THE AREA.
